Elevate Kidz

Elevate Kidz is for kids Kindergarten through 6th grade divided into 3 groups:
1) Kindergarten & 1st grade
2) 2nd & 3rd grade
3) 4th,5th, & 6th grade

Elevate Jr. is for the Preschool aged kids ages 3- Pre K and will have it's own separate curriculum apart from Elevate Kidz

Nursery will be provided for children under the age of 3 for worker's children and Caring People's children ONLY

Elevate will be broken up into 4 quarters for this first school year.
Quarter 1 from Aug 31st to Oct. 19th- Entourage, who are your friends? (theme will be the set of a movie).
Quarter 2 from Oct 26th to Dec 21st (Nov 23rd off for Thanksgiving)- Professor Playtimes Christmas Shop of Wonders, experience the wonder of Christmas (theme will be christmas stuff and decorations).
Quarter 3 from Jan 4th to Feb 22nd- Starlight Station, out of the world explosion of the life of Joseph (theme will be StarTreky and outer space)
Quarter 4 from Feb 29th to Apr 18th- The Great Race, Learning to never give up. (race car theme leading up to the Grand Prix).

The Grand Prix will be held on Saturday April 21st from 10am-2pm

What Wednesday night looks like:

Doors open at 6:15, program starts at 6:30 and ends promptly at 8 Children will be divided into 3 groups(see above) and stay in these groups for the evening. Each group will rotate with their 2 group leaders to three different stations during the night:
Station 1- Bible Story: At Bible Story, each group will watch the bible story for the week and play a game with the instructor and their team.
Station 2- Small group: Here they will spend intimate time with their group, getting to know each other, taking prayer requests, and possibly a short activity.
Station 3- Skit/activity: Here they will watch the skit for the week and do an activity to help them apply the Main Point to their lives.

Leaders will take the kidz from one station to the next and are encouraged to participate in all the activities that the kids are doing.

Closing time will be from 7:50-8 and will be a review time for the kids and a time to pass out family devotional sheets and any information.

T-shirts are available in Osawatomie at Donna Eichorn's T-shirt shop on the Main Street business sector (913-755-4962). They are $12 if you buy one of their shirts and have the logo put on or $8 if you bring your own shirt.
