The Ark Learning Center
We are excited about our NURSERY/Preschool Ministry, THE ARK LEARNING CENTER. We believe that our young children are some of our most valuable assets and treasures. Therefore, it is our desire to provide a safe, loving and caring environment for your child. Our teachers and caregivers are committed to meeting the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of each child and their family. Each person serving in this area has been screened and received training through Reducing the Risk video series.
Care for our young children is provided during the 9:00 am Worship Service and the 10:30 am Bible Study time.
Babies and Beginners
For newborns, crawlers and beginning walkers up to 18 months.
Walkers and Talkers
For children who walk with confidence and are under the age of 36 months.
3’s and 4’s
For children 3 & 4 years old. *Your child must be potty trained before entering this class.

The Awana's Meets:
Meets during the the school year.
Wednesday Evenings- 6:30pm to 8:15pm.
AWANA is an international children's program offered by Pearl Street Baptist Church as a positive influence in the development of young people.
The name - AWANA - is an acrostic for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, which is based
on II Timothy 2:15, "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to
be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
